International company setup

Think Beyond One Market.
Structure Across Borders.
Grow With One Advisor.

Company setup in other jurisdictions, coordinated with licensed local partners and planned alongside your UAE company and residency.

Global mobility

Your business can follow where your life is going.

Many CTG clients hold residency or citizenship in more than one country, and their businesses follow. We first check whether you need another company at all. Sometimes a UAE company, a branch or a contract is enough.

What to plan for

Where should the company sit?The answer depends on substance.

Tax authorities increasingly look for real management and activity where a company is registered. Where it's managed from can decide where it pays tax. Local tax advice comes from licensed advisors in each country, and CTG coordinates it.

Common questions

International setup, answered.

Can you set up a company in any country?

We work in the jurisdictions listed here through licensed local partners. For others, ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Do I need to travel to North Macedonia?

Setup can often start remotely through a power of attorney. Banks may ask to meet you in person.

Can a company abroad support residency there?

In some countries it can, subject to local rules. As residency specialists, we can advise whether this applies to you.
