UAE free zone company formation

Compare Every Option.
Choose the Right Free Zone.
Establish With Clarity.

Accredited across UAE free zones, including IFZA. We match the zone to your activity, visas, customers and budget, then manage the setup from licence to bank account.

Beyond the licence

Most free zone mistakes happen before the licence.

A licence is quick to obtain. The costly problems come later: an activity that doesn't cover what you sell, a visa allowance too small for your hiring plan, or a structure your bank struggles to approve.

Is a free zone right for you?

A free zone often suits international business.

Free zones work well when most customers are outside the UAE, when you want residency through your own company, or when you don't need premises open to the public. If your customers are mainly onshore, read about Mainland Setup.

Common questions

Free zone setup, answered.

Can I own 100% of a free zone company?

Yes. Free zone companies can be fully foreign-owned.

Can a free zone company sell to customers in Dubai?

It depends on the activity and the customer. Some activities can serve mainland clients directly, while others need a distributor or a mainland licence. We check this for your activity.

Do free zone companies pay corporate tax?

They're within the UAE corporate tax system. Qualifying income can be taxed at 0% if the company meets specific conditions, and other income at 9%.

Do I need to be in the UAE?

Many steps can be done remotely. You'll need to attend for visa medicals and biometrics, and banks may ask to meet you.
